Oshara Village Covenants and Restrictions were created by the original developers and approved by Santa Fe County. The purpose of the Covenants and Restrictions is to ensure a desirable quality of life and to support property values for all Oshara owners. We believe that all owners want to be good neighbors and respect each other’s property, health, safety, and happiness. Having consistent enforcement of covenants and restrictions helps achieve these goals and make Oshara Village a place where people want to live.
