Santa Fe County Water. Utility Customer Service 505 995-4333 Account establishment must be done in person. Call ahead for current instructions. Take your Warrantee Deed or Settlement Statement, Government ID and a deposit, usually cash or a check.
SEWER
OMDWA Oshara Mutual Domestic Wastewater Association
OMDWA provides sewer services to all Oshara properties, and is a member owned and managed cooperative under the authority/oversight of the State of New Mexico. When available, this includes returning reclaimed water to Oshara properties for seasonal irrigation. Billing is to the property owner only. OMDWA will contact you direct after your closing date has been processed by Sentry.

Santa Fe County 911 Rural Addressing. Usually required for newly built homes. This mandatory program assures the county your address is accurate, properly marked and easily found in an emergency. Call for assistance at 505 986-6225 for processing guidance.
Mailbox/key request: US Post Office located at 2071 S. Pacheco Street, Santa Fe, NM. In person only. Proper identification, PROOF of ownership/renter’s documents, and a screen shot of your 911 Rural Addressing document if required. Your keys will be ordered and available for pickup several weeks later, you will be notified.
